Design an infographic to represent 5 Qualities of Effective Leadership.
Project Process
Initially, the client asked for a Venn Diagram to represent the 5 qualities of effective leadership that would integrate with the star in their logo.
Most, if not all infographics require delving into the psychology behind the concept involved. Therefore, before designing, I asked a series of questions about their idea and we together dissected their concept in order to make sense of all the parts.
Since each segment (individual quality) is equal to one another, the circles were designed with an opening where they overlapped to represent the qualities' connection with one another. The star was positioned in the center of the design to represent that the 5 qualities are central to the We Empower Leaders, LLC training program.
The design for each individual quality was added to it's corresponding section of the training material.
